Parcel:                  On Perno, a hill at 300 metres on the sea level with exposure at the south-east.

Vines:                    Planted in 1970 and 1985.

Vinification:   Integrated farming, with hand harvesting, organic herbicides use, no pesticides and the utilization of sustainable agriculture which respects the environment. Partial stem inclusion, eight months in ancient Slovenian barrels, six months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:

Softer and warm with blackberries, floral, clove, mineral, lead pencil and earth. Round palate with generous sweet dark fruit of plum and café.
