Age of the vines: 40 years

Grape varieties: 100% Melon de Bourgogne

Vinification: Pressed then fermented in temperature-controlled vats.

Winemaker: Christophe Brevelet

Owner: Vignerons de la Noëlle

Type of ageing: Aged on its fermentation lees for 8 months.

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow with greenish highlights and an intense floral bouquet with overtones of spice and fruit. The richness, balance and freshness of this wine make it an excellent example of its appellation. It is enjoyable young, but will age well for several years.

Food Pairing:

Perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes. White meat dishes, especially when the wine is a few years old.
