The Summum Sa estate is located in the Languedoc Roussillon, the largest wineproducing region in France. Summum is fortunate in having his vineyard in the greatest part of this region which combines the advantages of the Mediterranean and Atlantic climates near the Pyrenean mountains. As a result, the wines produced have the fruitiness given by the south-facing Mediterranean hills, and a good level of acidity due to the high altitude of the hills on the Atlantic side.
