Metairie Pinot Noir

Location: Between the villages of Carcassonne and Limoux, near the Pyrenean mountains, not far from the Spanish border.

Terroir: Different plots of soils made up of sandstone, schist and chalk and clay.

Age of the vines: 15 years old Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir

Vinification: Harvested when perfectly ripe. Grapes are destemmed and fermented for 3 weeks at 80°F. Frequent pumping-over.

This medium-colored fruity Pinot Noir has flavors of fresh cherry and vanilla. Smooth texture.
